Highly recommend to take your baby there, even if it’s a once off. At 12 weeks old, she loved floating around and seemed very relaxed. Babies stay in the water for up to 15 minutes. Hayley was very lovely, calm, polite and gentle especially during the baby massage. The whole venue is very clean and tidy. Two big waiting rooms that you can sit in before or after to feed your baby if need be. Complimentary tea is provided too and lots of baby merchandise to purchase such as bibs, dummies and even the same oil they use during the baby massage. No venue parking but plenty of free street parking available. No need to bring a pram, just being along your nappy bag. Swim nappies provided but just need a change of nappy for once you are done. A great gift for someone who’s pregnant or an idea for people asking what to get you. Easy to book online with payment only required on the day. Over all, was a lovely morning Would take her again for sure.

Such a lovely experience . She was so good with our baby boy even when he was crying. I only wish i came here when he was much younger! Recommend going as early as 2 months :) Because my baby was fussy and didnt want the massage she gave us some oil to take home so we could do a home massage. Thank you so much 🥰

This was interesting, and my baby seemed to enjoy it, but I don't think I would ever spend my own money on this (it was a gift). Might be a good gift for new parents tho. The only annoying thing was that they have the pump for the spas inside the building and it's quite loud and takes away from the relaxing vibe. Certainly was an interesting choice not putting it outside or using adequate sound insulation.

Staff had no qualifications to be working with infants and providing pediatric massage - some of their massage techniques were concerning about pressure places on the spine. Staff acknowledge they had no infant first aid training. Staff didn’t introduce themselves, but we’re friendly enough. My friend who attended the session with me asked “how was your birth experience?”, which is highly inappropriate, as no one is going to respond honestly if they had a traumatic birth, which was the case. Very hard to get a hold of them on the phone to make a booking. Good concept, poor execution, nothing about it provides a “spa” feeling.

Staff is amazing! Place is relaxing and clean. Bub loves every bit of it. The only thing that they could improve is to simply put a ramp (portable or permanent) on the front. It is really extremely troublesome if not difficult to bring the stroller up steps. A baby business should be stroller friendly. :)

I took my son along twice. Both times all staff were super friendly and personable. The premises are always clean and tidy. We have recommended this place to friends and family

We took our 6mnth old in yesterday and he loved every second of it. Being school holidays we had our older 2 kids with us and they where very accommodating in letting them get involved and play with their brother while he was in the spa! The staff were great and our baby definitely had a beautiful experience, especially during the massage. Highly recommend and something we wish we had done much sooner for our water loving baby!
